
Reformer Fitness 101
This is the foundation block of Citizen Pilates and one of our most coveted classes. This class is ideal for those brand new, somewhat new, or just returning to Pilates Reformer, or for those with limitations or injuries wanting to move their bodies safely and feel their muscles working while gaining a better understanding of the movement. Exercises will be safe yet effective in this fun and supportive level to begin building strength and balance while gaining confidence on the reformer.
