Three Words that Best Describes Me:
I have been teaching Pilates since 2009 (trained at EHS Pilates in San Francisco, at Citizen Pilates since the beginning). I love how Pilates helps to correct imbalances in our bodies and gets people stronger, whether the goal is to get through the day with less pain or to run a marathon! I teach group classes, private instruction, and rehabilitative sessions and enjoy all of them, the different needs and abilities of the people I work with in the average day means I am constantly learning and never getting bored. When I’m not in the studio, I am reading, cooking, or getting outdoors in any way possible- even in the Houston summers!
