Three Words that Best Describes Me:
I started my fitness journey in 2008 with calisthenics and resistance band for both strength training and muscle rehab. Then gradually move toward in a much faster pace sport like Ninja Warrior, tricking and gymnastics. Fast forward to 2019 I found Citizen Pilates and its concept of using resistance training blew my mind! The potential of strength training and muscle rehab on the reformer machine is definitely second to none. I am excited about this new found fitness for me, as well as sharing my experiences with reformer fitness through teaching. It has helped me with Ninja Warrior, tricking and gymnastics performance and I’m sure it can translate to other sports and daily activities just as well.
